DELIVERY & RETURNS

 

POSTAGE

All purchases will be sent via Australia Post (Domestic Shipping $8 & Express Shipping $13).

Once your order has been packaged and posted, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address attached to your order.

Please allow a minimum of 3 business days for your order to be processed, packaged and dispatched. You can track you package through the Australia Post website.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY & PICKUP

Local delivery is available for all Dalby QLD purchases. Make sure to select the 'local delivery' tab at checkout and your order will be delivered straight to your letterbox (Dalby residents only). 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases or for incorrect choices due to failure to read detailed product description. Please make sure you read the provided product information on all listings as it is the buyers responsibility that the correct colour and size is chosen. 

If a fault occurs please contact me and I’ll do my very best to sort out the problem. I may ask you to take photos of the problem or ask for more information regarding the issue. Each issue will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
